They are very concerned about how to correctly apply the gas mold temperature machine, and what is the correct operation process?
1. Inspection before operation of gas mold temperature controller
Check whether the surrounding area is clean and free of debris, check whether the switching power supply, electric heater, control board, barometer, pump, etc. are all normal; whether the valve of the water cooling pipe has been opened, and whether the water cooling supply is normal;
Check whether the oil level of the expansion tank is correct, whether the liquid level sensor, etc. are normal;
Connect to the switching power supply of the control cabinet, check whether the voltage is normal, and check whether the indicator lights and display instruments are normal.
2. Operation method of machine equipment
Operate the heat transfer oil circulation pump, after starting the pump, all normal circulation will stabilize the pressure within 0.5 hours;
Press the heating operation button and observe whether the heating is normal;
Be sure to pay attention to the condition of the barometer during the initial operation.
3. Operation method of machine equipment shutdown
All normal shutdown: gradually reduce the temperature and stop heating. When the temperature of the heat transfer oil drops below 70°C, stop the operation of the heat transfer oil circulation pump; turn off the main switching power supply and make handover statistics.
Emergency shutdown: If the emergency shutdown occurs due to an emergency, the heating tube should be quickly turned off to facilitate the natural cooling of the thermal oil and avoid overheating.

During the inspection, pay attention to check whether there is leakage around the gas mold temperature machine. The surrounding should be equipped with sufficient oil and electrical fire fighting equipment, and it is forbidden to use water as a fire extinguishing agent.
