The principle of the mold temperature machine cooling: when cooling down, the heater stops heating, the temperature control meter controls the state of the cooling solenoid valve, the cooling water enters the heat exchanger, and cools the heat transfer oil.
In order to ensure the safety and stability of the mold temperature machine, some safety systems need to be installed. For example, when the system pressure is too high, the pressure controller transmits data to the controller and the heater stops heating; when abnormal heating occurs, the over-temperature protector automatically cuts off the power according to the temperature sensor data.
